Terms of Limited Warranty
- CUSTOMER / BUYER should report any damage or missing parts/components within 24 Hrs after receiving the product. No claims will be honored after 24Hrs. All claims are subject to verification by VT.
- CUSTOMER / BUYER is responsible for shipping computer products & parts to the VT's repair facility.
- CUSTOMER / BUYER must obtain a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping the product to the repair facility. Packages sent without valid RMA number will be refused.
- CUSTOMER / BUYER must provide proper invoice number, invoice date, product serial number and detailed problem description to obtain RMA number.
- RMA numbers are valid for seven days from the issue date.
- VT will not support any third party software or hardware including games, and software incompatibilities, application programs and utilities and are not covered by warranty.
- VT will only support components purchased from VT.
- Any physical damage or misuse of a product voids warranty.
- VT will not be held accountable to any loss of money, materials, and dwelling, life, data, non-tangible and tangible items caused by product failure.
- VT will not warranty product failure caused by power surge or failure, static electricity, and natural calamities or act of God.
- All refunds are subject to 40% restocking fee.
- CUSTOMER / BUYER’s returning computer system or parts for refund must be complete and in original packaging. Any missing items will be assessed and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- VT is not responsible to any damage due to shipping of a product sent for repair/service.
- VT will test all returned products to verify functionality. Any products found not defective are subject to 40 percent restocking fee.
- Absolutely no refunds after 72 Hrs from the date of the invoice.
- VT reserves the right to replace computer parts for repair with equal value.
- Products for repair maybe replaced with functional refurbished components and covered by the original product warranty unless the product is D.O.A., then the product will be replaced by brand new system/parts.
- CUSTOMER / BUYER is responsible for any monetary value for any non-warranty repairs.
- In an event the CUSTOMER / BUYER sends a product for repair and the warranty expired while in repair process, the warranty will be extended to the length of the repair time and the replaced components will have 30 days warranty beginning the day the CUSTOMER / BUYER receives the repaired product.
- Product warranty is non transferable.
- VT will not reimburse CUSTOMER / BUYER /s of any monetary value incurred to service computers/parts by any third party service providers.
- VT will not cross ship (advanced replacement) any product after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- VT must receive complete the cross shipped product within seven business days from the date the RMA (Return Material Authorization) was issued. CUSTOMER / BUYER is responsible for the monetary value of the cross shipped part/s for non compliance.
- Monitors and external components/devices (excluding keyboards and mice) are not covered by extended warranty.
- Monitors and external components/devices (excluding keyboard/mouse) are covered for the first 30 days from the date of the invoice. The manufacturer covers the balance of the warranty.
- All warranty applies to website, written quotes and verbal/phone orders and subject to change without prior notice.
